I booked for facial massage + black mask. But it was not a facial. Only cleanup and face pack. No facial cream was used during the session. The stylists doesn't speak English so it was very difficult to communicate and understand what is included in the facial and the owner explained me after finishing the session. I was told they will only use facial cream for gold facial or pearl facial. The service listing was misleading.it should be renamed as face pack.
